It's here...

...and despite the mixed feelings that its arrival always brings, I have to admit that it's beautiful.

  1. It is indeed and just think how dull it would be if it was always summer!

  4. I have blackberries in the garden. But they are all finished now. They came into ripeness about 3 weeks ago or more I think and I picked as many as I could. They seemed to go off after the rainy weather replaced the sunshine. I have been noticing berries and leaves on the ground. Autumn is lovely but it does make it seem as if winter is just around the corner again.

  5. It is beautiful - but let's counteract it with a trip to Shelford Deli one day soon. Seriously.
