Seedy wonder

Seeds never fail to boggle my mind. They're like tiny nubbiny bits of dried wood or bark, yet entire trees and sunflowers taller than a house grow out of them.

As Freddie Mercury once wrote, it's a kind of magic. I've written about this over at Higgledy Garden if you fancy a read.

They are utterly amazing aren't they. Every time I look at them I can't quite believe it's going to work. And yet it does. All of that life contained in such a tiny capsule. A miracle. Enjoy the rest of the weekend Emma. CJ xx

It is a miracle. Such a joy to contemplate the colour and wonder hiding in those little dried-up pips. :)
